1. Who we are
EWM Flow is a personal project run by the project owner, reachable at howtoewm@outlook.com. It is not currently incorporated as a company or registered as a business; this may change and will be updated here if it does.
2. What the service is
EWM Flow provides an AI-based chat assistant covering SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The service is informational and educational. It does not replace professional advice, official SAP consulting, or the vendor’s official documentation.
3. Using the service
- You must register with a valid email address to use the chat.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You agree not to use the service for illegal or abusive purposes, or for bulk content extraction (automated scraping).
- The service applies usage limits — currently 20 questions per day per registered user. We may adjust these limits without prior notice.
4. What you should not type into the chat
Your questions are sent to external AI providers in order to generate the answer. Do not include confidential data: access credentials, other people’s personal data, or information identifying systems or clients you work with. Keep questions generic. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
5. Accuracy of answers
Answers are generated using AI models (Anthropic Claude and/or Microsoft Azure OpenAI) combined with our own knowledge base. Although we aim for technical accuracy, answers may contain errors. Verify any critical information — Customizing paths, transactions, system behaviour — before applying it in a productive SAP environment.
6. Your account and closing it
You can delete your account and your data at any time from the chat itself, via the account icon → «Delete my account». Doing so permanently removes your profile and your entire conversation history, as described in the Privacy Policy. The action cannot be undone.
7. Intellectual property
The editorial content of the site — articles, text, diagrams and design — belongs to EWM Flow unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce the site’s content or the chat’s answers for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided «as is», with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, EWM Flow will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Changes to the service and to these terms
We may change the service or these terms. Relevant changes will be announced on this page together with the update date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable law.
