What’s in the Scorecard
Master data
- Minimum and Maximum Quantity are maintained for every fast-moving product.
- Minimum Replenishment Quantity is set wherever odd rounding is a problem.
- Repl. Level (Storage Bin vs Storage Type) was a deliberate choice, not a default.
Method coverage
- You know, per storage type, which replenishment methods are actually allowed.
- Automatic Replenishment is active where picks are frequent enough to trigger it.
- A scheduled Planned run exists to catch what Automatic structurally can’t see.
- You can name which bins run on Direct Replenishment only.
Behaviour & tuning
- Your team knows Automatic/Planned round down; Order-based rounds up and can exceed max.
- Tolerance / Tolerance WT are configured to stop excess warehouse tasks.
- Wave releases rarely stall waiting on replenishment.
- You can trace which method fired last for a given pick face, no log-diving required.
